4. Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Rights: You may cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 7 days from the day of receipt of the service or service handover to a third party. To exercise the right of cancellation, please email us at support@tooodo.com with a clear cancellation statement.

Reimbursement: We will reimburse you within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Eligible Services: Only services purchased within the last 7 days qualify for cancellation. Personalized services and services that deteriorate or expire rapidly are non-refundable. Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds; sale or promotional items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Processing: Once your refund request is approved, the cancellation is processed within 24 hours and funds typically reach your account within 3–5 business days.

5. Comments

Parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. Tooodo CRM does not filter, edit, publish or review comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Tooodo CRM, its agents and/or affiliates.
